菜華@中野

 菜華でつけ麺。調子にのってランチサービス100円の焼豚ご飯まで。このご飯、食べる前にバーナーで炙ってくれるという手の込んだ仕様で、美味い。もともとここの焼豚は美味しくてその作業を見てるだけで嬉しくなってしまう。
 つけ麺は大人しい味わいなんだけど、逆にこの手のものって貴重になりつつあって安心する。というか美味しい。麺が沈まないようなドロドロ汁はもう食べられる年じゃない、、、残念ながら。たまには美味しいんだけど。
